The 'crystal blue' Franklin Mini RollTM is designed to comfortably support the spine, legs, and shoulders while performing the Franklin Method exercises.
A great tool for supporting the neck in supine positions, teaching movements of the head as well as for under the pelvis.
The Franklin Mini Roll is approximately 10cm in diameter and 16 cm in length.
Franklin Balls come partially inflated and a needle pump is required to adjust firmness (sold separately).
